About Winter Trips:

When the snow begins to fly in the high country, our thoughts turn to cross country skiing, snow shoeing and other outdoor winter sports.
In all our activities, the ultimate objective is to explore the more scenic areas of our environment, and savor to the fullest the
aesthetic experience of wildness.
Our Winter Trip season runs November 15 through March 31st. |

Easy Hike—Pisgah w/Pacific Source —Wednesday, May 1, 2024
Take an afternoon walk on the trails Buford Park. Pacific Source is again hosting regional meetings in Eugene and want to have a chance to get outside. Since a number of them will be from out of town. They want some help from us who know the trails (and what poison oak looks like). It has been made abundantly clear that we are not guides and they will sign a waiver acknowledging that. We done this in the past Some participants wanted to go to the top and others prefer strolls through the Arboretum. It’s good chance to get outside, be helpful, and spread the word to locals in the group about the Obsidians Watch this space for updates |
