Mt. Pisgah parking lot was a crowded place on a sunny and warm June evening. Kim and I met at the main trail head and started up the Theodore trail, which was much less crowded than the Summit trail. We detoured to Swing Hill and admired the view of the confluence of the Coast and Middle forks of the Willamette River. Our hike concluded with a walk along the Coast Fork which gave us a welcomed respite from the warmer trails of Mt. Pisgah’s slopes. All in all, a pleasant way to spend an evening.Members: Pat Soussan. Nonmembers: Kim Kelly.
