Potato Hill

SShoe: 5 miles, 1000 ft (Difficult)

Luck was with us, we saw some nice views of the mountains. The trail could use a few more blue diamonds in certain places; if you have any basic trail finding skills at all you should do fine. It would be nice if the forest service would put in an out house at the snow park. Because the snow park is basically a wide spot on the highway it gets plowed faster than other places. Crowds always seem to want to go to nearby Ray Benson snow park. It would be nice to have less people here @ Potato Hill. 5 inches of snow on top of old packed snow caused us to "ski" a bit when on 45 degree hills.
