On a cool, sunny morning, three of us did the entire river walk including the loop through Glenwood. We did this in preparation for the MRT hike a week later. We kept a pace of 3.5 mph, discovered some sore joints, ligaments, muscles that we weren't aware of and checked out the leader's moleskin and blister patching technique. We finished in about 4h20m and announced ourselves ready to do the hike next week!!Members: Mike Smith, David Lodeesen, Marguerite Cooney.
