Turkey Trimming

Friday, November 28, 2014
Leader: Lana Lindstrom
Hike: 7.5 miles, 750 ft (Moderate)

The weather forecast for the early morning was zero percent chance of rain, but it was drizzling when we met in the parking lot. Nobody bailed; several of us had umbrellas and everyone had good rain gear. And it rained intermittently during the 2.5 hours. This hike is designed to burn off Thanksgiving Day ingested calories, so includes several huffy-puffy hills and a fast pace. I believe most of us were glad that we had gotten the exercise and enjoyed the opportunity to visit with friends!
