Our loop hike started at the Martin Street Trailhead up to the Fox Hollow Trailhead, and then to the new connecting or missing link trail to the Dillard East Trailhead. An old sign, Ed's Trail, posted on a tree was a mystery. The heavy rain started just as we reached the new red Stop Sign warning hikers and bikers to watch for traffic before crossing Dillard Rd. Four of us drudged silently peering out of our rain gear up to the top of Mt. Baldy, down to Spring Trailhead and looping back to the East Dillard Trailhead. We then chose to explore an old trail near the Power Line Road, taking us quickly back to Martin Street. Our hike took 2 hours and 15 minutes. One hiker commented, "This is like a real hike!"Members: Jacobsen, Janet, Rundle, Tom, Krentz, Holger, Wolf, Michael.
