What a beautiful day! The sun followed us for most of the hike and we stayed out of the poison oak. We met at MOC, and then drove to Timberhill Athletic Club to begin our hike on a State funded boardwalk through a wetland. We went up an un-named trail to Chip Ross Park, went WEST at the top of Chip Ross Park to Dan's trail in Mac Forest and then took Jackson Creek trail to Lower Horse trail. We went left of the road to meet up with Lower Dan's trail, to a side unofficial trail to the road system leading us to the Corvallis water supply, then un-named trails looping back to Timberhill on the boardwalk. It was a total of 7 1/2 miles, with lots of uneven balancing, and 1200 feet total elevation gain. After completing our hike we enjoyed lunch at MOC.Members: Wolters, Kris, Jacobsen, Janet.
