McKenzie View/Marcola Store

An overcast, chilly day, but everyone showed up, warmly dressed and ready to go. The ride along the McKenzie River was beautiful, even with overcast skies. The ride up the little valley to the Marcola Store was delightful, as usual. We ate lunch at the elementary school near the store and then continued on past the Springfield Country Club and home through Springfield on the bike path. My most sincere thanks to a great group of people for sharing what turned out to be a very nice day. Nonmembers were John O’Conner and Don Piper and Members Stewart & Kathy Hoeg, Darrell McBee, Evelyn Nagy, Sam Houston and leader, (Ha!) Sharon Ritchie.
