Daily:
- Make your own lunch: 6:30–7:00 a.m.
- Early “Continental” Breakfast consisting of assorted cold
cereals, hot cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate, tea: 6:45–7:30 a.m.
- Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot cider available 6:30–7:45 a.m.
and 6:30–7:15 p.m.
Breakfast (7:00–7:30 a.m.):
Sunday: Vegetarian frittata with mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and herbs
Monday: “Continental” plus coffee cake
Tuesday: Pancakes with maple or berry syrup and ham
Wednesday: “Continental” plus cinnamon rolls
Thursday: French toast with maple or berry syrup and bacon
Friday: Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, breakfast potatoes, and
turkey sausages
Dinner (6:30–7:00 p.m.):
Saturday: Lemon pepper chicken breast or Portobello mushroom, rice pilaf,
green beans almandine, coleslaw, chocolate cake muffins
Sunday: Meatloaf or tempeh, yam and cranberry casserole, brown gravy,
summer squash, tossed salad, cantaloupe and blueberries
Monday: Fresh summer vegetable lasagna, Caesar salad, garlic bread,
watermelon
Tuesday: Chicken or cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, black beans, sour
cream, salsa, brownies
Wednesday: Chicken or tofu curry, rice, fresh spinach salad, carrot cake
with cream cheese frosting
Thursday: Vegetarian chili over brown rice, finger veggies, cheesy onion
corn bread, cream cucumber salad, magic bars
Friday: Build your own burrito with ground beef or refried beans, chips
and salsa, tossed salad and lemon cake
