The group met at SEHS parking and rearranged gear to accommodate traveling in one vehicle. Thank you Ann. After just under two hours of driving arrived to a virtually empty Ray Benson parking lot. The clouds were out but the air was above freezing. The five of us headed up the North Loop. Immediately realized the snow was icy; therefore, shortened the route to the North Loop only. Lunched at the spot where the North Loop “Blowout” shelter used to be (burned down). By this time, the sun was beaming down between clouds softening the ice. As always enjoyed the good company and conversation of the group which included members Ann Bonine, Laurie Funkhouser (leader), Craig Renkert, Nancy Whitfield and non-member, nice addition, Karen Edmonds.
