Diamond Peak sparkled in the morning sun as we passed by
on our way to Crescent Lake Sno-Park.
There was 5" of new snow at the trailhead, and more as we ascended.
There were several comments on the high quality of the snow.
There was a little breeze coming off the lake and it had clouded
over by then, so we didn’t linger over lunch.
In spite of a few spills, we very much enjoyed the long glide
It began to snow as we reached the cars.
