Although billed as a wildflower hike the wet weather didn’t permit thorough down on our knees, book-in-hand identification. We did, however, appreciate the abundance and variety of flora in this unique and sensitive bio-reserve. Later on, the mountain clouds dissipated some to reveal some misty vistas of ethereal beauty. Participants were: Dan Baihuber, Karen Baihuber, Dick Hildreth, Marshall Kandell, Beth Kodama, Mel Zavodsky and leader Peter Graham.
