Dog Mountain

The trip began at 9:30 a.m., with clear skies and a cool breeze and we made the top in two hours, having hiked through many fields of multi-colored flowers. We spent an hour at the top enjoying the views of the Columbia River, Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood. The loop trip back was uneventful, and we completed the hike at 2:30. Hikers were non-Obsidian Craig Weinerman, and Obsidians Andrew & Buzz Blumm (leader).
