Threemile Lake

Several people cancelled from this trip, related to the unrelenting rain. At the parking lot there were three including myself who took the chance of a better day. We were not disappointed. Sun and a great white capped ocean were waiting for us. The hike was great and notable for its lack of rain. We topped the day off with a stop in Old Town Florence for coffee before making an early return to Eugene. Hikers were Anne Bonine, Marshall Kandell and Jane Hackett, leader.
