Willamette River Paths & Skinner Butte

With a winter Storm warning and poor visibility projected, our Salt Creek Falls snowshoe was changed to a Willamette river hike, and “bagging” Skinner Butte. It was quite rainy, but all hikers wore appropriate rain gear. We enjoyed each other’s company and concluded the trip at 5^th Street Market for hot drinks and goodies.

We had one “first time” hiker, and two participants finished their hikes for member eligibility. There were 6 Obsidian members: Michelle Tambellini, Gayle Berge, Sharon & Jim Duncan and Leader, Barbara Bruns. Nonmembers where Phoebe McArthur and Ken & Beth Kodama.
