McKenzie Waterfalls/Clear Lake

Everyone showed up and piled into three cars for drive to Sahalie Falls. A cool, cloudy day that got sunny in the afternoon. Lots of whitewater on the McKenzie. Many fisher people also (free day). We circled the lake counter-clockwise with a stop at the lodge. Great was both blue and clear. This combination trip worked well; the falls trail is too short for a separate trip. Hikers were Wendy Clarke, Don Colgan, Margie Cooney, Sabine Dutoit, Giselle Garrity, Jan Jacobsen, Joanne Ledet, Bonnie Manheim, Jan Moore, Tina Rain, Anita Russell, Jerry Wood, and Ed Lichtenstein (leader).
