DAY OF THE WEEK BREAKFAST DINNER
SATURDAY Garden salad; chicken parmesan ~or~ tempeh parmesan; penne pasta; broccoli vinaigrette; pear/apple crisp with crème chantilly.
SUNDAY Baked frittata with sherry mushrooms, Cheddar and artichoke hearts; American fries; fresh fruit and hot cereal. Crunchy finger veggies; Veg. chili over brown rice; cheesy onion corn bread; fresh creamy cucumber salad; magic cookie.
MONDAY Buckwheat pancakes; turkey sausage; hot cereal; fresh fruit. Green salad; lasagna; real garlic bread; stir fried veggies; cheesecake with blueberry topping.
TUESDAY Sourdough French toast; thick sliced bacon; hot multi-grain cereal; fresh fruit. Caesar salad; roast lout of pork ~or~ BBQ tofu; rosemary garlic red potatoes; pan gravy; corn on the cob; fresh blonde brownies.
WEDNESDAY Cinnamon strudel coffee cake hot cereal; granola; yogurt; fresh fruit. Free night.
THURSDAY Buttermilk pancakes; turkey sausage; hot mult-grain cereal; fresh fruit. Jicama coleslaw; chicken ~or~ cheese enchiladas; refried beans; Spanish rice and sweet pepper casserole; salsa and chips; watermelon.
FRIDAY Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese ~or~ green chilies and Cheddar; potatoes O'Brien; hot cereal; fresh fruit. Green salad; smoked salmon linguine; pan fried summer squash; garlic French bread; peach cobbler.
SATURDAY Bagels and cream cheese; jam and fresh fruit.
