Rosary Lakes

On a beautiful warm and sunny Fall day, twelve of us hiked to all three Rosary Lakes. Four Obsidians hiked with eight non-members who were very eager to join Obsidians, go to summer camp, cross-country ski, climb and enjoy our potlucks! We were a happy group. At the first lake we met up with some hunters who put some bright pink tape on our packs. The assured us there were no deer around, since we hadn't heard shots we believed them. It was a great hike because of the hikers and good weather. I never write much so I won't disappoint you by writing a long trip report. Just go to Rosary Lakes in the Fall! Hikers were Janet Hall, Nancy Sharrard, Lettie Morgan, Virginia Prouty, Sabine Dutoit, Jerry Wood, Peter Newman, Larry Belling, Robert Horness, Bill Ward, Rick Allen and Diane Jeffcott, leader.
