McKenzie River Trail

This was supposed to be a jaunt to Grizzly Peak by Mt. Jefferson, but snow forced a change to the McKenzie River Trail. We hiked about seven miles, from Trail Bridge to Deer Creek and beyond, with car shuttle. A nice summer day and a good group — this is a really fine trail through old growth beside the wild McKenzie.
