Picture … azure skies, trails through verdant fields and forests, a mountainside palette of yellow Scotch broom; trailside wild iris, rose and camas. Lunch beside babbling Buckbrush Creek; a side trip to the rock quarry. A nice seven-mile hike enjoyed by Karen Myers, Joe Scheibe, Benton Elliott and Marc Hansen, leader.
