Goodman Creek TrailNovember 30, 1997We got lucky and picked a sunny day to hike, although the tall trees along Goodman Creek filtered out most of the rays. Trail was in good shape, some mud, but nothing an Obsidian couldn’t get through. Lunch was taken in a cold, mossy forest and eaten hastily. We had forgotten to transfer one trailhead pass to the vehicle chosen to be driven. We re-entered the parking lot with fear and trepidation, but our luck held and we did not find a ticket. A lovely winter hike by Rita Johnson, Sig Otto, Lucy & Dick Rayle, Nola Shurtleff, Art Skach, Elliot Aronin, Margee Wright and Susan Baker (leader). |
