Maklaks Loop

March 12, 1997

We expected new snow but not the clear skies as we started out on the trail. The road trail was in good condition but we encountered downed trees and steep ruts on the meadow trail. This slowed us down so we didn’t finish the loop. Surviving the Maklaks obstacle course without rain or snow were Elliot Aronin, Helen Liguori, Bryan Wilson and Dot Leland, leader.
