Fuji Mountain

Fuji Mountain is so much fun to climb and gives such visual rewards that the 11 miles of dust from Hwy. 58 to the trailhead seem unimportant. At the top, we had blue skies and a gentle breeze as we enjoyed lunch and identified the peaks and lakes displayed below and around us. Fellow travelers with leader Royal Murdock were: Sandra Larsen, Hank Plant, Max Brown, Dick, Lucy & Karen Rayle, Nola Shurtleff, Deborah Sang, Mary Nelson and Niff Murdock.
