Camp Jeffries Rally

Slides from the 1979 Camp Meares in the Strawberry Wilderness highlighted the April 25 potluck program at the Lodge. Thanks to Dick Moffitt for presenting slides of the Summer Camp he led. Also on the agenda were slides taken in Logan Valley, where this year’s Camp Jeffries will be located. Booklets containing camp information plus data on 25 hikes were distributed.

The potluck food, as always, was delicious. Trip fees totaling $50.77 were collected.

Thanks to Rock Climbing School members Brian Hoyland, John Pegg, Doug Nelson and Sue Sullivan for setting up the tables. Also thanks to Margee Wright for organizing and decorating the tables, along with helpers Bep Fontana, Dorothy Turner, John McManigal and Megan Wright.
