Mike Allender took us “Down Under”

January 26, 1996

The January 26 Potluck at the Lodge gave 57 members and guests the “almost impossible” as Michael Allender took us on a beautiful trip Down Under. He shared with us some of his impressive knowledge, seconded by his wife Susan (who was born in Australia and still has family in Sydney).

Michael’s outstanding pictures were a wonderful mix of the continent’s natural wonders. The evening went fast, and it felt good to see new, young members and quite a few guests.
