Our hike started at the old quarry gate entrance on Frank Parrish Rd. and continued around the north side, crossing the summit road and following the west hillside road to the power lines and up to the summit. Some of these trails are shared by hikers and horses, so they were rough and muddy. Karole Anderson, Wendy Clarke, Helen Liguori, and Ralph Olive were along to enjoy the five-mile hike and wildflowers with leader Dot Leland. Thanks!
