Father’s Day (pre-lunch) Bike Ride

Five Super, Great Fathers were joined by a couple of wonderful Mothers for a 44-mile bike ride on a perfect June day. After a very detailed environmental assessment of the issue, there was a change in the trip description from “Father’s Day Pre-Breakfast Bike Ride” to “Father’s Day Pre-Lunch Bike Ride”. We toured to the Springfield Country Club via the Willamette River Bike Trail, bike lanes in North Eugene, McKenzie View Drive and Hill Road, where we had lunch. On the trip were Doris Allen, Gayle Berge, Bob Devine, Herb Lee, Royal Murdock, Allan Sorenson and leader Marriner Orum.
