It was every bit as lovely as I remember from 15 years ago, my last visit to French Pete Creek. We ate our lunch along the creek in this wilderness area. Nothing unusual occurred along the way — just a pleasant walk in the woods, smelling the flowers and trees by Cathy Carter, Bob Hall, Susan Matthews, John Pilafian, Janet Toedtemeier and leader Susan Baker.
