About 65 Obsidians and guests attended the January 28 potluck and program at the Lodge, described by one committee member as “a resounding success”.

Local trail guide author William (Bill) Sullivan presented a slide show of his recent 100-mile trek from west to east across Oregon. Bill also concentrated on trails in the Mt. St. Helens area, the subject of his most recent trail guide.
