Eagles RestApril 25, 1993We left the Lowell Ranger Station at 9:00 in partly sunny weather and drove down Hwy. 58 to Goodman Creek Road and the Eagles Rest trailhead in two cars. The trail condition is not good in wet weather. Four trees are down across the trail, which has been chewed up by motor bikes in places; we saw four bikers on the trail. Had lunch at the shelter (two sides of which are now minus shakes!). Anyway, we had a good hike and were back home about 1:30. A good trip by a good group (consisting of Kevin Clark, Betsy Ericstron, Mary Sterling, A.N.Other and A.N.Other). “Happy Trails” - Mary Bridgeman, Trip Leader. |
