Goodman Creek TrailMarch 23, 1991The weather was a lot nicer than expected. Besides a few sprinkles, the scenery was beautiful and several wild flowers were in bloom. Three of the members made it to the top of Eagles Rest. The fog lifted while we were having lunch and the view was nice. Two men, who had camped at the top, were sharing the view along with us. The 13-mile walk was the longest this year for most of the group. Participants were Marty Hathaway, Sylvia Harvey, Mary Millman, Sandy Reul, and Gary Marx, leader. |
