Brice Creek

Thanks to Bob Devine, again: he led the group — which shrunk to five from ten sign-ups — down to meet the leader near Dorena Lake. The weather was rainy-snowy. People not going missed out on a beautiful day, as it snowed a fair portion of the time. We had several leaps across or into the runoff streams across the trail. A couple of blowdown trees had us lift our legs higher several times. Snow plops from trees entertained our heads on the return part of the hike. Brice Creek was a rushing stream and Trestle Creek Falls was a joy to behold! Those enjoying the day were Ben Elkus, Bob Devine, Kristen Kaminski, Lorraine Mombert and leader Shirley Froyd.
