Shotgun Creek

It was a beautiful sunny morning when we left Eugene and continued that way the whole time, warming up considerably as the day got later. We saw quite a few wild flowers in bloom along the trail, trilliums, erythronium, yellow woods violets and many little white and pink blossoms no one could identify. Good company and delightful weather made the trip very pleasant. Those enjoying the trip were Larry Betterton, Bernie Claypool, Loretta Macauley, Henrietta Richmond, and Miki Hutchison (leader).
