July 28-29, 1990

On a fine summer day seven climbers took off for a reserved camping site at Arrowhead Lake. Unfortunately we caught up with the fellow who was to reserve our site on the trail in. Luckily we all got united this way with no one getting lost. We left camp at 4:15 a.m. and reached the summit at 12:20. The dinner plate was very icy and the going slow, but we made it across. We arrived back at the lake in time to enjoy a good swim before our hike out to the cars. Congratulations to Jan and Rich Anselmo for reaching the summits of all ten peaks. These two climbers are “real animals” and will see the summits of many mountains to come! Again, congratulations. The climbers were Jan and Rich Anselmo, Ken Ball, Johnny Bojarsky, Ed Lovegren, Karin Thompson, Sue Sullivan and Tom Donnelly (leader).
