McKenzie River Trail

After receiving information from a few Obsidians about the condition of the Tahkenitch Lake Trail (it didn't need our help!!), the decision was made to work on the McKenzie River Trail. Work had been done on about 3½ miles last year, but that was all for a couple of years and with wind and snow last winter there are a lot of branches as well as large trees across the trail. We were able to get about half-a-mile of trail cleared. Working on the trail were Jerry Casby, Richard Heinzkill, Ken Michkelsen and Mark Harfts (from Boy Scout Troop 191). Becky Hansen (leader).
