Gold Lake

January 22, 1987

Enjoyed the hookey flavor of leaving the Thursday morning rush-hour traffic to go skiing instead of to work. We confirmed the theory that the weather man reserves rain and storms for the weekend! It didn’t start raining until we were almost home. An easy ski in and out on snow just about to become ice. There was enough sun to enhance the greedy territorial feeling in having the mountain all to ourselves. We didn’t see any other skiers until just as we were leaving. Participants were Genie Currier, Lyn La Grander, Marilyn Murdock, Barbara Spencer and Royal Murdock, leader.
