Seven hikers met at the S.E.H.S. park blocks and left at 8 a.m.
In the parking lot of the Park, two more hikers were waiting.
Shotgun Creek deserves to be a favored outing for Obsidians: It offers winding trails through a
variety of woods, along a stream, over creeks and finally to the top, Drury Point.
Here the group revelled in the year’s first warmth and sunshine and a leisurely lunch.
Very reluctantly but at last going back to the car were Bernie Claypool, Corinne Hunt, Robin Saxton,
Karen Seidel, Frank Semich, Ruth Semich, Ethel Weltman, Tom Wiesenfeld and Paula Vehrs, leader.
