Tufti Nature Trail

The group met at the Lowell Ranger Station, then headed out towards Dexter Lake and below the fish hatchery, hiking along the short nature trail where we saw fresh beaver cuttings, some slides, then strolled over the river. We had a hot lunch at the marina, then drove to the Tufti Park. We hiked the trails there then hiked across the top of the Fall Creek Dam.

Good day for the group who consisted of Mary Ellen West, Mike Hutchison, Harlo Perrin, Art Wild and leader Mary Bridgeman.
