McKenzie River Trail
May 31, 1986
The trip went OK in spite of the hot weather.
There were only five of us which made a car load but a comfortable one in Allan’s car.
We left at 9 a.m., got to Trail Brie about 10:45 a.m. and started walking.
We stopped to admire Tamolitch pool, numerous bridges and kept walking.
We finally stopped at 1 p.m., had a nice lunch by a pretty bridge and then retraced our steps,
getting back to the car before 4 p.m.
We stopped for refreshments and reached the South Parking lot by 6 p.m.
Hikers were Barb Elsen, Ruth Romoser, Allan Sorenson, Lois Yoshishige and leader Miki Hutchinson.
