Joe’s Peak-South Winberry Trail

A lovely, sunny day – we climbed to the top and ate our lunches on Joe’s Peak while enjoying the view and sun. Explored the balancing rock formation, inspected and talked about the impact of a proposed clear cut over about 1700 feet of the trail. Decided we didn’t want it done. Joe’s Peakers were Tom Ellis, Ann Moore and leader Helen Smith.
