Mt. McLoughlin

July 13, 1985

We all met at the Mt. McLoughlin trailhead at a bright and early 0900. We wanted to get an early start so the party would have a nice, leisurely walk up. The weather was cool and sunny. It took us four hours to walk to the top where we spent a half hour eating lunch, took a few pictures and headed down. Got down to the cars by 1600 and drove home. Those on the climb were Richard McManigal (his tenth peak), an Obsidian member whose name! have forgotten and myself, Kevin McManigal, leader.
