Rosary LakesJanuary 28, 1984Eight skiers left the valley fog to find bright sunshine at Willamette Pass. We found the trail to be a little icy for a time, but this was to improve by the time of our return trip. We found Glenn Meares and two friends lunching at the lower lake, and visited with then for a time. Three of our party stayed there, while the other five went on to the upper lake, and lunched there. On our trip out, most of us found conditions to our liking. It was a beautiful day in the mountains, and we enjoyed soaking up the sunshine. Nonmember skiers were Linda Horsfall, Kathy McManus, Herb McMurtry and Marie Mulholland; members were Tin Cook, Bea Fontana, Alys Riley and leader, Norman Benton. |
