Scott Mountain is always a nice hike this time of year.
We started our hike at 10:30 a.m. and reached the summit about noon.
We had a brief stop at Benson and Tenas Lakes.
There were a few mosquitoes, but much more snow than we anticipated
for this time of year.
The trail. was in excellent shape and much used as indicated by the
number of people we met on the trail.
The top was partly clear, but there wad a low cloud cover that descended
over the Sisters.
We spent a considerable amount of time at the top enjoying the scenery.
Fourteen people enjoyed the hike including Allen and Kathleen Wicker,
Dick and Ernestine Blomberg, Parker Riddle, Judith Engle, Dathy Blago,
Ruth Coffman, Audrey Barnes, Bob Walden, Ellen Yoost, Anne Montgomery,
Dallas Cole, and Bill Dollemore, leader.
