Hardesty Mountain Trailhead

The third and final phase of the great “Hardesty Mountain Trailhead Rebuilding and Revitalization Project” happened on Wednesday (Jan. 18). Six Obsidians shoveled, hauled and generally manhandled a large quantity of prime #3 gravel down a 65-degree bank (3 buckets at a time with a Dave Goldberg setup you just wouldn’t believe!!! ), to complete the long overdue improvements on this much-used trailhead. Wednesday artisans were Pete Cecil, Margaret Crosland, Susanne Steussy, Hans Tschersich, Mike Wright, and John Cecil, leader.
