Fall Creek Trail
December 17, 1983
The weather cooperated to give the four of us a very pleasant day
for investigating the Fall Creek Trail.
We started at Dolly Varden and hiked the first three and a half miles.
We included a walk around the Johnny Creek Nature Trail, an interesting
and well-planned trail for the handicapped.
The trail itself still offered a number of mushrooms to look at and try
to identify, as well as one fair size mudslide to get around and 3
bridgeless water crossings to negotiate.
There is a lot of water around Fall Creek these days!
Hikers were Sandra Carpenter, Barbara Elsen, Moki Honz,
and Jane Hackett, leader.
