Castle Rock Trail

April 23, 1983

Eight trail crew “persons” spent a sunny, cloudy and windy day doing light trail maintenance on the Castle Rock Trail. The lower sections of trail are still closed due to logging road building activities, but the upper mile still makes a nice weekend stroll. Work completed included snipping brush, bucking logs, installing retainer bars and grading the tread. Participants were Marshall Pallett, Melinda Bruce, Jerry Casby, John Cecil, Lois Schreiner, Betty Legris, and leader Pete Cecil.
