Sand Mountain Traverse

In spite of a misprint in the ski-trip schedule, and the leader’s alarm clock not going off, this turned out to be a pleasant trip with nine skiers. Breezy as we skied thru the Big Lake burn under Hans’ navigation, then a straight forward run down to Fish Lake to the end of our car shuttle. Keep an eye open for Tim Cook’s geography booth to be opening soon at Saturday Market. Skiers were Al Burdick, Tim Cook, Jack Ewing, Mary Fulton, Dick Hildreth, Herb McMurtry, Hans Tschersich, Christine Ligneau, and leader Bert Ewing.
