Craig Lake

November 14, 1982

A brisk, cool, clear day was just right for hiking through 6 inches to a foot of snow into Craig lake for a quick lunch. Our lunch view was across the ice covered lake to towering snow covered Three Fingered Jack. The scene made us realize that the cold finger of winter was not too far off and the next excursion here would be on skis or snow shoes. A delightful day with good hikers—Mary Baker, Dawn Bredesen, Mary Fulton, Judy Hammitt, Ann Morsello, Terry Parker, Velma Shirk, Bob & Carolyn Spector and leader Glenn Meares.
