Heceta House weekend (and TV sports specials!) skimmed the top off Sunday hikers. Thus two participants hoofed it up Black Canyon Rd. to Channel 9 tower and over to Old Baldy . . . Early termination being unthinkable, Spencer Butte and then Mount Pisgah were added on, making an enjoyable if fragmented full day’s hiking by Lee Hatch and John Cecil.
