in three cars drove up the Crale Creek road to where it crosses the Hardesty
A 2½ mile hike up the Hardesty Trail brought the party to the junction with
the Eula Ridge trail, then downhill.
At least that was the way the leader remembers it, however, we found it to have

The car left at the Eula Ridge trailhead on the highway was used to take the car
drivers back to their cars up on the Crale Creek Road.
